The clock keeps ticking!

It is nearly six years since we gifted Trigonos to the Ruskin Mill Trust and it continues to survive and thrive – in many ways in the style and spirit we created… but, of course, not quite!

People sometimes ask how I feel about letting it go – and the answer is that I feel perfectly fine. More often than not, I am not believed but it is really true… and I recognise that, whilst I always put my heart and soul into whatever I am doing at the time, I rarely regret moving on. Rather I seem to be excited and relieved to have the space to start something new!

So my latest heart and soul engagement is now writing and collaging… both of which seem to come quite easily and give huge satisfaction.

I have used collage as a means of exploration and expression in my training courses for many years and, more recently, as one of the options for activities on SPACE TO BE retreats… but what turned it into something more was signing up for a short course on CONTEMPORARY COLLAGE at St.Martin’s School of Art in London in the summer of 2025. 5 glorious days dedicated to playing with images, words and glue… and I haven’t looked back.

Watch this space for some examples of my collage work – coming shortly!
